     Nick A Frisk, Jr. 
       
      Nick A. Frisk, Jr. has been practicing law in Ellwood City for over 35 years.  He has been
      diligently representing clients in a multitude of legal areas with continued success.  He has
      ample trial experience, and has been hailed as a fierce negotiator.  Nick is a graduate of
      Baldwin Wallace College and Ohio Northern University College of Law. Nick is a member of
      the Lawrence County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
 
     Nicholas A. Frisk III
     
      Nicholas A. Frisk, III, has been practicing with The Frisk Law Firm for the past 6 years, with
      particular success in criminal law.  Nicholas is a graduate of Allegheny College and Ohio
      Northern University College of Law, where he served as Student Bar President. Nicholas is a
      member of the Lawrence County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
 
     Breonna C. Frisk-Miller
       
 
      Breonna Frisk-Miller has been practicing law for three years.  She focuses in areas of family law.    
      Breonna is a graduate of Allegheny College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where
      she served as Student Advocate for the Judicial Administration Office. Breonna is a member of the
      Lawrence County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She regularly participates
      the Pro Bono Custody Conciliation Program, and was recently chosen to represent Lawrence
      County at the Young Lawyers Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
